机载应急滑梯/救生船介绍 Introduction of Aircraft Slide/Raft

　　机载应急滑梯/救生船一般位于舱门内侧，由充气组件，气瓶，照明组件，外包装组件，救生包组件五部分组成。在紧急情况下，乘务员使用自动或手动方式打开滑梯，滑梯在大约六秒内完全充气（不同型号的滑梯在充气时间上会存在微小差异），从而达到使旅客/机组人员安全迅速撤离事故飞机，并在水面迫降时充当救生船，保障其人身安全的目的。

　　目前，STARCO生产部航椅车间的维修能力已涵盖空客A300，A310，A319，A320，A340和波音MD82，MD90，MD11各种类型的应急滑梯/救生船，且拥有CAAC颁发的维修许可证和完整的工装设备。各种机型的维修放行人员都经过相关OEM原厂家的认证培训，业务技术精湛，维修实践经验丰富。这使公司得以跻身国内最具实力的应急设备维修站之列。车间还在积极开发B737各型号应急滑梯/救生船的翻修和改装项目，使车间的维修能力可以充分满足不同机型客户的要求，为客户带来一流的维修服务。

Slide/Rafts are installed inboard of Entry Doors. Each Slide/Raft consists of five subsystems: Jet Pump, Compressed Air Bottle, Lighting Assembly, Packboard Assembly and Survival Kit. In an emergency, aircraft Slide/Raft is deployed automatically (if "armed") or manually (if not armed) when the door is opened. It will fully inflate within 6 seconds (the exact time depends on the type of Slide/Raft.). This permits quick evacuation for passengers and the crew. Besides evacuation, it also functions as a raft when detached from the aircraft during water ditching.

Currently, STARCO Seat Bay has the capability for maintaining Slide/Raft of Airbus Series (A300, A310, A319, A320, A340) and Boeing Series (MD82, MD90, MD11). We have the maintenance certification issued by CAAC. We carry the entire set of tools and equipments. Our maintenance and certifying staff are trained by the relevant OEM, and have the rich experience. We are capable of becoming one of the best Emergency Equipment Maintenance Unit in China. Seat Bay is trying to establish the overhaul and modification capability of B737 Slide/Raft Series to meet the requirement of different customers
