Duties 岗位职责:

  • Complete routine and non-routine tasks of line and scheduled check ;

3、Maintenance Supervisor ( 2 人)
   维修主任

Duties 职责:

  • Arrange the routine and non-routine task during line maintenance and schedule maintenance;
  • Supervise the production preparation ;
  • Coordinate the task between mechanic team and the other division;
  • Organize and create troubleshooting program for significant/difficulty malfunction of aircraft;
  • Responsible for the inspection after troubleshooting for significant/difficulty malfunction of aircraft;
  • Know the aircraft technical status , make sure all maintenance task have been finished on time with high quality;
  • Responsible for aircraft airworthiness release;
  • Manage the administration in maintenance team;
  • Calling in the technical meeting in production department;
  • Finish the other task assigned by Production Manager .

5、Maintenance Planner ( 1 人)
  维修计划员

Duties 职责:

  • Make annual/monthly/weekly flight plan and annual maintenance plan according to flight plan, Maintenance Program and aircraft status;
  • Forecast heavy maintenance schedule and aircraft down time, control maintenance cost according to annual plan;
  • Make monthly maintenance plan according to annual plan, flight plan, Maintenance Program and aircraft status, forecast the landing time and down time for monthly scheduled check and non-routine task;
  • Make weekly maintenance plan according to monthly maintenance plan and aircraft moving control ;
  • Scientifically adjust weekly plan according to daily report form every day;
  • Revise Routine Task Data Base of A-check and C-check semiannually according to MS;
  • Revise material and tools & equipment data base semiannually according to MS;
  • Control stagger utilization of aircraft and maximize utilization rate and reduce maintenance cost;
  • Create Duty Form of M & E Department at the end of each month;
  • Perform the other tasks assigned by manager engineering.

  • 完成工程经理安排的其他工作。

6、Quality Auditor( 2 人)
   质量审核工程师

Duties 职责:

1) 建立并落实审核、监督的工作程序和管理政策;
2) 负责公司维修管理程序、手册的管理及修订;
3) 质量审核计划的编写;Compile Quality Audit Plan;
4) 负责对维修系统内部及外部(大修厂、航站、附件制造厂、供应商)的审核;
5) 对维修管理及生产的各环节进行日常监督检查,确保维修活动满足适航要求及翡翠航管理程序要求;
6) 负责维修不安全事件、维修人为因素、维修差错的调查、处理;
7) 负责适航联络工作;
8) 按照管理要求,提出维修工程部的奖惩申请;
9) 内部管理评审和各项质量改进活动的策划和组织。
1) Establish and fulfill the working procedures and management policies for audit and surveillance;
2) Manage and revise maintenance management manuals and procedures;
3) Compile Quality Audit Plan;
4) Takes responsibility for the internal and external audit (heavy maintenance organization, station, MRO, supplier);
5) Takes responsibility for the daily surveillance and inspection to maintenance management and production to ensure the airworthiness requirements and management procedures being satisfied.
6) Investigate and handle the maintenance unsafe accidents, human errors and maintenance incidents;
7) Takes responsibility for airworthiness liaison;
8) Implement internal management evaluation and quality improvement.

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills):

4) Strong analysis, communication and cooperation abilities, good writing skills; responsible, good professional virtue, work style and behaviors; good at execution, discipline and obedience conscience, accomplished in work;
5) Maintenance Personnel License, ISO Internal Auditor Training Certificate.

7、Training Engineer( 1 人)
   培训工程师

Duties 岗位职责:

  • Be responsible for the training organization, plan, implementation and management;
  • Develop the Maintenance Training Program(MTP);
  • Create Annual Training Plan according to MTP, the actual maintenance tasks an d the availability of human resource;
  • Investigate the training demands and training effects;
  • Manage the maintenance license for technician, organize technician/engineer to get maintenance license and related type training;
  • Manage the personal technical record for all technicians and engineers.

8、Ground Operation Coordinator( 1 人)
  地面操作协调员

Duties 岗位职责:

  • Create and update the ground operation agreement and working procedure;
  • Manage and control the out sourced ground operation agreement at home base and outside station;
  • Manage and control the ground operation manual which is used at home base and outside station;
  • Responsible for aircraft towing a nd pushing back & aircraft ground service, deicing and fueling/de-fueling at home base and out station;
  • Manage and control the line maintenance at out station.
  • Finish the other task assigned by the Vice President of maintenance& ground operation or manager production.

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills):

  • Junior College degree or above, majoring in aviation or foreign trade;
  • Material handling experience for over 3 years;
  • Be familiar with material business, laws and regulations on customs and contract and computer, proficient in English Listening and Speaking;
  • Abilities of coordination, plan, perspicacity and management together with negotiation skills;
  • Having current and valid type “C” local driver's license plus 2 years driving experience will be preferred.
  • Custom Clearance License/Quarantine Clearance License holder has priority.
  • 航空或外贸专业专科以上学历(含专科);
  • 航材管理工作 3 年以上;

10、Tooling and Equipment Administrator ( 1 人)
   工具设备管理员

Duties 岗位职责:

  • Manage the tooling & Equipment and special maintenance vehicle,
  • Create the tooling &equipment examine and approval form according to the tooling & equipment request,
  • Update /discard /refurnish the tooling& Equipment,
  • Monitor all the metering tooling& equipment, send the tooling &Equipment out for repair or calibration, make sure the tooling &Equipment has accurate metering,
  • Manage and maintain the special vehicle,
  • keep in touch with the tooling &Equipment vendor, get the updated tooling &Equipment information,
  • Manage the company capital assets in maintenance & engineering department
  • 负责管理航线库房、库房、特种车辆的工具设备管理工作,
  • 根据工具设备需求单制定计划审核表,
  • 根据工具设备的现状,进行更新、报废、配备等工作,

Duties:

  • Responsible for the Ramp-Operation in SZX
  • Head of all Freighter Operation Agents
  • Responsible for creating and updating the Aircraft-Handingmanuals
  • Responsible for coordination of all Handlingcontracts of Jade Cargo
  • Incl. Cargo-, Aircraft- and Maintenance Groundhandling
  • Performing regular Audits with the handlingsagents on all stations

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills):

  • University Degree,(MBA, or similar)
  • Experience in a Chinese Airline with handling matters is favourable
  • Experience as Loadmaster is of advantage
  • Literate in Common IT( MS-Office Applications, e-mail, Internet)
  • Knowledge of International Aircraft-Handlingcontracts is helpful.

  • Junior college or students with dispatch major
  • Experience in aviation business of advantage

13、Weight and Balance Agent ( 6 )

Duties:

  • Perform Loadplan for the B747-400 Freighter considering all rules and regulations
  • Perform all Loadsheets for the AC
  • Assure aircraft is utlized to 100% volume and weight
  • Prepare GenDecs and customs forms
  • Arrange for catering with the catering company
  • Prepare departure and arrival informations for the crews
  • Prepare a briefing for the Handlingagent for onload and offload
  • Maintain traffic reports
  • Stay updated on new procedures
  • Stay updated on new Securityprocedures
  • Check all Pallets to assure a proper build-up
  • Check the ramp area for cleaness and F.O.D.
  • Supervision of loading and unloading of aircraft
  • Monitor the handling for an on time departure
  • Secure load on the Aircraft ( e.g. Locks)
  • Active participation in staff meetings

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills):

  • Junior college

14、Operations Control Executive ( 5 )

 Duties:

  • Prepare all flight plans for operation and release of the flights
  • Performance calculations for flight planning
  • Responsible for coordination of all solutions to run the day to day operation
  • Supervise all person working in the OCC and secure a high working quality
  • Inform the management on all abnormal happenings
  • Start the companies emergency procedure according given rules
  • Crew scheduling and planning

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills):

  • University Degree,(MBA, or similar)
  • Chinese Dispatch License is recommended and experience with an International Airline is a big advantage

15、Compensation and Benefit Specialist
Duties:
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and/or local laws, regulations, rules, standards and guidelines in Compensation and Benefit (C&B).
  • Maintain knowledge of compensation issues, trends and regulations and updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in individual income tax.
  • Apply knowledge of job analysis, job descriptions, and position grading to determine relative worth of jobs and set up a salary structure to ensure the C&B policies to be externally competitive and internally equal and remain competitive to attract, retain and motivate employees.
