Engineer；高级钣金技术员
Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen is a Sino-German joint venture and is
located in Shenzhen city, China. It is invested by Lufthansa Technik
AG, Germany (70%), Beijing Kailan Aviation Technology Co. (20%) and
Shenzhen Investment Holding Co. (10%). It was formed on 17th October,
2000. LTS provides repairing and overhauling services for high-tech
aircraft components, like the thrust reversers of Boeing 737 engines
and other
ARC (Airframe-Related Components) in Asian market.
The goal of this company is to establish a most advanced airplane
maintenance base in China, provide repairing, overhauling service with
rich experience of Lufthansa Technik AG (LHT) for the carriers in Southeast
Asia and even the rest of the world.

Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with major in Aircraft structure or aviation
engineering
At least 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
Fluency in English (both oral and written).
Understand and master principle of Boeing plane structure repair,
previous experience in repairing flight controls structure is an
advantage
Skilful user of AMM,SRM and CMM.
Proficient in using MS Office, previous experience in using database
is an advantage
Excellent ability to study, good at communicating, quick to
understand
Requirements for production and make and implement appropriate
plan promptly
Responsibilities:
Development of ARC (Airframe related component) repair and planning
production
Development of new product and techniques
Documentation for ARC repair and production plan
Senior
Sheet Metal Technician
Requirements:
Younger than 35 years old
With high school or technical school education, majored in sheet
metal.
With strong basic theory knowledge of structure repair and excellent
workmanship.
At least 5-year working experiences of sheet metal repair in
the field of aviation
Basic English is preferred
Responsibilities:
Sheet metal repair for various structural parts of aircraft
Responsible for supervising the sheet metal work of apprentices
Being able to provide the training of basic practice of sheet
metal repair
高级钣金技术员
资格要求：
35岁以下
高中/技校毕业，钣铆专业
具备扎实的钣金结构修理基础理论知识和较强的实践操作能力
5年以上航空钣金结构修理工作经验
具备一定的英语能力者优先
职责：
各种飞机结构部件的钣金修理工作
监管学徒的钣金修理工作
提供钣金修理基础操作培训
Production
Control
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, majored in aviation/aeronautic
engineering, Knowledge of aircraft components concerned and, if
necessary, materials and any relevant processing, methods.
Knowledge
of relevant technical documents, such as SRM, CMM, etc.
At least
3-years production control working experience.
Sufficient knowledge
of English.
Responsibilities:
The Production Control is responsible to the Production Manager
for that, during maintenance work, organizing maintenance teams
as well as shifts and provides all necessary support to ensure
the completion of maintenance without undue time pressure together
with production team leader.
It is the responsibility of Production Control to ensure that
the availability of resources required for smooth processing
of all operations on the parts is scheduled in due time during
maintenance.
Resource conflicts shall be resolved in a mutual effort between
Production Control and Team Leaders, as well as other departments
if necessary. Such issues shall be addressed and resolved at
regular production meetings held for this purpose.
The work progress shall be monitored by production Control
based on information feed back from production staff in the manner
of Production Status Reports.
Monitor ERP system for ensuring the production data quality.

职责：
生产控制向生产经理负责, 在维修过程中与生产领班协同组织维修队伍和倒班人员,并提供一切必要的支持保证维修工作的按时完成。
生产控制负责确保用来满足顺利完成维修所要求的全部资源能在计划的时间内可用。
生产控制和领班应共同努力解决资源冲突，如有必要应协同其他部门解决。这类问题将在例行的生产会议上提出并得到解决。
生产支持在基于从维修人员反馈回来信息所形成的生产状态报告的基础上对工作的进度进行监控。
监控ERP系统中生产数据的质量。
